My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean, and spacious, offering a great city view. However, they seemed a bit dusty. The service was top-notch, with a dedicated staff that did their best in every situation. The location was convenient for exploring downtown, right next to BART. The dining options, although good, were on the pricey side. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, quiet, and nicely decorated, offering great views of the harbor. The beds were so cozy, and there was ample space to move around. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Oakland with easy access to all the popular spots like Piedmont, Jack London, and Lake Merritt. However, the service had a slight hiccup with a miscommunication on rates, but overall, it was very helpful and friendly.
